I day trade stocks and can never have enough screen space. I have an i7 27″ iMac running two Dell 22″ monitors- one from the DVI port on the iMac, and the other using the Diamond BVU195 HD. The Diamond screen takes a little longer to wake from sleep, but other than that, I cannot tell any difference in response between any of the three screens (native iMac screen, DVI port, or USB). I am amazed.

I have not tried video, but that’s not what I got it for, anyway. It does everything I ask of it as if it were the stock screen of the iMac, though.

The one beef I have, which I knew ahead of time from reading reviews here, is that the OSX driver is not available from Diamond. You must download it from the maker of the video card Diamond uses. You can contact Diamond customer support or just search online and you will eventually find it like I did, but jeez, just put a link to the silly thing on your website and save us all the effort.

Great feature is the ability to handle two phones. I turn the blurtooth on in the morning and it automatically jumps onto both of my Nokia phones in seconds.

It is a little bulky compared to other bluetooths but performs much better. I have tried most other brands and this one tops them all.

We purchased a Canon Pixma Pro9000 last December and love it. The ink colors are great, I especially like the fact that you get the 4 photo colors (R,G,PM,PC) along with CMYK, making photos look professionally done. The ink comes in separate containers so that you only change the color that is out, not a block of 4 colors as with an earlier printer we had.
MasterBluestar, Canon is not doing anything that requires a class-action lawsuit. If you read your printer manual you will find that yes, you get a warning that the ink is low, but not until the little “x” appears above an ink tank color is the ink truly out and in need of being changed. So when the little “!” icon appears it only means that it is time to purchase more ink so it is on hand when the tank is truly dry. Since I live many miles out in the desert away from any big box store that carries this ink, I appreciate the amount of warning given. It gives me time to order the ink online and get it at a decent price, rather than have to drop everything to drive over 120 miles round-trip just for more ink.

I was looking for an adapter that I could put a mini sd into an sd adapter and finally into a compact flash card adapter. I need to use the mini for my phone, the sd for my pc, and the compact flash for my Mobile pro 780. I didn’t want to keep copying files to other media. I wanted to use just one card. I was concerned it wouldn’t work but it did. No problems at all. It does slow the transfer down a bit as others have said but for the mobile pro its no big deal. A camera might have some issues. I am using a 2GB mini sd card which I also was concerned it wouldn’t recognize because of the size. Again it worked fine.
